At Seasons & Stories, every piece of Christmas décor is handmade to order — crafted with care, creativity, and festive spirit as soon as you place your order. We take pride in offering unique, custom-made decorations that bring warmth and holiday charm into your home.

Order Processing Time

Because every item is made by hand after your order is received, please allow time for creation and preparation.

  • Average crafting and processing time: 3 business days
    This includes handmaking, quality checks, and careful packaging.
  • During the busy Christmas season, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we’ll always keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you to confirm that it’s ready and agree on a convenient delivery or pickup time.

Pickup Option

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our workshop:

Pickups are by appointment. As soon as your décor is ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange a pickup time that suits you.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery around Copenhagen, within 60 km of the city center.

  • Standard delivery time: Evenings after 17:00
  • Alternative delivery times can be arranged upon request.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm and agree on the delivery time.

Please Note: Each item is handmade and delicate, crafted with care. To ensure it arrives safely, your décor will be personally delivered by us directly to your door. Handle with love and enjoy the magic it brings to your home!

Delivery fees depend on distance and order size and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed once your order is placed.

Delivery During the Christmas Season

This is our busiest and most magical time of year! We encourage you to place your orders early to ensure timely delivery. We always strive to meet your preferred schedule and will notify you promptly if any delays occur.
